1. Who we are

Groblersdal Info (groblersdalinfo.co.za) is a local business directory for Groblersdal, Limpopo, South Africa. The site is built, owned, and managed by Timo Marketing ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or submitting a business listing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The directory service

Groblersdal Info provides an online directory allowing local businesses to list their contact details, services, and promotional content, in exchange for a subscription fee based on the tier selected.

3. Accuracy of listing information — Disclaimer

All business information displayed on this website — including but not limited to business names, descriptions, contact details, addresses, operating hours, pricing, menus, and special offers — is supplied directly by the listed business owner.

We do not independently verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing information. Business owners are solely responsible for ensuring their submitted information is correct and for notifying us promptly of any changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Groblersdal Info and Timo Marketing accept no liability for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or dispute arising from inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information provided by a listed business. This includes, without limitation, incorrect contact details, operating hours, pricing, or the quality of goods or services provided by any listed business. Groblersdal Info is an advertising platform only; we are not a party to any transaction between a website visitor and a listed business.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Subscription tiers, pricing, and terms are as published on our pricing page at the time of signup, and may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

Invoices and payment communications are issued by Timo Marketing, not "Groblersdal Info" directly.

Listings go live only once payment has been confirmed. We reserve the right to withhold, delay, or remove a listing pending payment confirmation.

Fixed-term tiers (Pop-up, Promoted, Premium Sponsor) run for the stated term (currently 3 months) and are not automatically renewed unless agreed with the client in advance.

Monthly plans (Tiers 1 and 2): cancellation requires one full calendar month's written notice. Notice given part-way through a month will take effect from the start of the following calendar month, and the subscription (and applicable fee) remains active until that notice period has run its course.

Annual plans (Tiers 1 and 2, paid annually): are non-refundable. Choosing annual billing is a commitment to the full 12-month term at the discounted annual rate; no partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for early cancellation.

Fixed 3-month terms (Tiers 3, 4, 5): are paid for the full term and are non-refundable once the term has begun, given the reserved, limited-capacity nature of these placements.

5. Content standards and our right to refuse or remove listings

We reserve the right to refuse, edit, suspend, or remove any listing or submitted content at our sole discretion, including but not limited to content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to resize, crop, or reformat submitted images and text for consistency with the site's design.

6. Weekly social media promotion (Tier 2 and above)

Businesses subscribed to Tier 2 or above consent to having their supplied content (or content we design on their behalf, where selected) posted to the Groblersdal Info Facebook page and shared to affiliated WhatsApp groups. We do not guarantee specific reach, engagement, or business outcomes from this promotion.

7. Intellectual property

The Groblersdal Info name, logo, and website design remain the property of Timo Marketing. Business owners retain ownership of their own submitted content (logos, photos, descriptions) but grant us a licence to display that content on the website and associated social media channels for the duration of their active listing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groblersdal Info and Timo Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, reliance on listing information, or any transaction between a website visitor and a listed business.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
